Last saturday (may 6th) we had the most wonderfull outdoor activity we can imagine: On a remote spot just outside the city boundaries we landed on a levy in the middle of nature and setup our DJ booth, a few hundred meters further than our old LINE26 location since there was a film-crew shooting a movie on the bridge where they simulated a traffic jam.. After speaking to their project leader (who knew the Zirk movement by the way), we moved behind the levy so they would not be disturbed with our psy-beats.
Slowly over the day, many many hippies finally found us and joined us in this very early summer dance on the most coolest progressive beats produced by deejays as ions, Bart, Yucka, Tintal and Tameesh.
The extreme nice vibe (weather+ music does that) let some of us create totems (tralalama), bringing sunflowers, doing activities with kids, produce bubbles (Flumo) or just bring good news like the Diemen polite people who let us go on till dusk….
We all enjoyed the beauty of nature, nice weather and psytrance music, it was clear that this was the outdoor weather we were all been waiting for..
FunkjedOut (Yvon and friends) came and setup their Tshirt and belt shop and sell fresh ice juice.
This event shows again the difference there is between clubbing and the free outdoor gigs: the freedom, the mutual good vibe, the children, the birds, cheeps and dogs -who suddenly seem to live in peace aomg eachother-
We thank the invited deejays ions (jons), Yucka (floor), Bart, Tintal (erwin) and Tameesh so much for entertaining all of us in such a great way, allready for the second time in this location, we hope they will make it into a tradition just like we do !
